Cancellations and changes made outside of 4 days of arrival will be charged a $30 processing fee. Cancellations and changes made within 4 days prior to date of arrival will result in charge for ALL ROOMS AND NIGHTS that cannot be rebooked. Our cancellation policy is in keeping with the industry standard for our area.
A deposit of the first night of reservation is charged upon booking. Reservations of 2 or more days will have credit cards charged for remaining balances 3-4 days prior to arrival.
Group reservations of four or more rooms require a one night's deposit, per room. A 60 day cancellation notice is required for a full refund, less $30 cancellation fee, per room. Groups of four or more rooms shall have their balance paid in full 60 days prior to their arrival date.
We highly recommend you consider purchasing trip insurance to cover unforeseen personal and medical emergencies, unfavorable weather conditions, or other events that could create a need to change your travel plans.

For reservations booked through a third party such as Expedia or Hotels.com, refunds and cancellations fees determined by the booking agent will apply and must be handled through the booking agent; we are not able to refund any portion of your deposit directly.
Canine and Damage Policy
The Palm property, including grounds, is a non-smoking establishment. We are pleased to offer smoke-free rooms to all of our guests; this includes vaping. Additionally, to maintain an inviting environment for all, we ask that guests refrain from burning incense or spraying heavily scented colognes and perfumes which will linger in the room after check-out, preventing the hotel from re-renting the room. In an effort to keep our rooms as allergen free as possible, we have designated pet-friendly rooms; guests traveling with pets pay a nightly fee to cover the additional cleaning at check-out, which does not cover damage to carpeting, furniture, bedding, or the room. We require a credit card to be on file to assess a $500.00 cleaning fee in the unlikely event that someone smokes in the room, or the event that lingering perfume/cologne scent(s) persist after check-out. This fee would also apply should an animal soil the room. Guest agrees to pay to replace any pet-damaged furnishings. I also understand that if my dog shows aggressive behavior or disruptive behavior toward other guests, animals or staff, The Palm reserves the right to request the animal be removed from the premises.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverages are restricted to those 21 years of age and older. Alcohol is not permitted in the pool area.
Pool Rules
The pool use is for registered guests only. No cans, bottles or glass containers of any type are allowed in the pool areas. Please ask us to borrow plasticware.
